SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders that are placed over the weekend and/or holidays are processed on the first subsequent business day and can take up to 24 hours to process from when you place your order.

Aquaree is not responsible for any duties/taxes/GST/PST/HST fees that were incurred in shipping the package. It is the customer's responsibility to determine and understand these charges prior to purchase. If an item is refused delivery by the client on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided plus additional charges may apply to customer.

Aquaree is not responsible for any lost or missing shipments. You will be responsible for filing lost package claims with the carrier.

DOMESTIC

  • Free shipping for all domestic orders (1-4 Business Days)
  • USPS Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days): $19.95

INTERNATIONAL

  • DHL International Shipping (RECOMMENDED): Email Aquaree at orders@aquaree.com for shipping rates.
  • USPS Express Mail (3-5 Business Days): $45 -Tracking Included
  • USPS International Priority Shipping (6-10 Business Days): $20.00 -Tracking not included
  • USPS International First Class Shipping (2-6 weeks): $10.00 per item. This does not include tracking information and will be sent at the buyers own risk. Once the goods are shipped, we take no responsibility for the whereabouts of your delivery. Some destinations may require additional allowance for parcels to arrive. Please allow up to 45 days for delivery. The time may vary depending on the country, and we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.
