RETURN & EXHANGE POLICY

Aquaree values customer satisfaction. We take great care in the quality of our products and we hope that you are happy with your purchases.

We will happily exchange or refund an item within 14 DAYS of the order ship date. All items must be in the original packaging, free of defects and in as-new condition with both packing slip and printed receipts. Items with removed tags,abused, no hygienic liners, or marks may be rejected. After the 14-day period no exchanges are available.The customer is responsible for shipping fees.

Aquaree will not be responsible for any exchange that gets lost in transite. We strongly suggest you send return packages with tracking and/or delivery confirmation.

Defective merchandise will be replaced, returned and no additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser.
